Cars of the Nissan Patrol and Ford Maverick series
The Nissan CQ Patrol cars of the Japanese production and Ford DA Maverick for the first time presented at the market in 1988 are presented in the present manual. Series are presented by models Hardtop with short base and Station Wagon with long base. The Patrol series is represented also by Cab chassis.
The Patrol RX model is put on the market in November, 1993 and also ST is completed at the average level between DX.
Maverick is issued in options Hardtop and XL and XLT and the Station wagon XL and a basic equipment.
The 5-staged manual transmission (RKPP), or the 4-staged automatic transmission (AT) are connected to the 2-staged transfer case. The drive on back wheels is carried out by means of usual differential, differential of limited sliding, or the blocked differential. The leading forward bridge is equipped with differential of usual type and naves of free rotation.
All models Hardtop and the Versatile person are equipped with a suspension bracket on screw springs, by Mini-trucks the spring suspension bracket is applied. On some models for the purpose of a possibility of increase in the course of a suspension bracket the back stabilizer of cross stability of adjustable type is installed. The power steering is included in a basic equipment of cars of such class.
In the brake system equipped with the vacuum amplifier disk brake mechanisms of forward wheels and disk, or drum - back are used the ventilated type.
